I have recently taken possession of my new home build by Fowler Homes Manawatu Ltd.

Shane Walker has done the most magnificent job drawing up the plan that I wanted, I couldn't be any happier. The finishing touches are second to none, so perfect.

Megan Walker is such a helpful and lovely person and a great leader of her staff in the showroom.

I say enough good things about Shane and Megan as they make you feel welcome and will always go out of their way to help you.

Tracy Hutton is so obliging and is always there to help and guide you with your new home. Like choosing items bathrooms, flooring, paintwork inside and out doors, inside and out. Taking and meeting me at companies to choose items, it is such a great help as you don't feel stressed about building a new home.

The same can be said for Megan Walker she helped me so much with the windows and came with me to the property to help with choosing blinds.

I found the builder I had so helpful and obliging and good at his trade and the same goes for all subcontractors that Fowler Homes use.

Rick Hutton the site coordinator is always contacting you to advise you about the stage you are at with your home and you can always contact him if necessary.

I also found talking to people in Palmerston North in business that they knew of Shane and Megan Walker and couldn't say enough good things about them or Fowler Homes so that said to me that they have such a good name in Palmerston North and I had made a good decision in building with them.

I am so happy with my new home and wouldn't change anything. So I would recommend anyone wanting to build a new home to talk to Shane and Megan Walker, they would not regret it.
