Award Winning Homes
The Registered Master Builders House of the Year is New Zealand’s premium and most recognised awards programme in the residential construction industry for over 30 years.
Only registered Master Builders can enter the awards, across the various regions in New Zealand. Each home is judged and marked out of a possible 2,000 points. There is no limit to the number of Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in each region.
- Bronze Award = 1,500 points
- Silver Awards = 1,650 points
- Gold Awards = 1,800 points
The Gold Award home with the highest points in each category automatically progresses to the National Awards.
To complement the Awards, there are further Regional Quality Marks and National Quality Marks that provide a tangible stamp for building companies and their properties which recognise and promote excellence in construction.
Over the years we have been proud to have receive many Regional Quality Marks. We make special mention to Fowler Homes Manawatu who were awarded into the ‘Top 100 National Quality Mark’ in 2021.
Fowler Homes has also been successful in the TIDA Home Awards.
To be recognised by our industry peers is a humbling experience, we acknowledged the hard work by our team and wonderful suppliers and of course, our clients – because without them – none of the beautiful new homes would exist
