Heather Scott-Smith and Cameron Lang are your local owner-operators of Fowler Homes Southland, they are both licensed builders who have the skills and experience to guide you every step of the way of your new home build. 

Heather and Cam lead a team of trusted local tradespeople to deliver quality service and workmanship.  They can build your new home or investment property from your plans or from our wide range of available designs. They can also work with you and the in-house design team to create a bespoke design for your land.

The couple work well together and have strengths in different areas – both are very much still on the tools and hands-on. 

Bringing fresh new ideas, a young set of eyes, and keeping up with trends, the pair collectively know what direction their client’s build should go.
