My husband and I started the planning and design of our Christchurch family home whilst living in Auckland. Over zoom calls with Cam and Abby and their team we quickly landed on a design that met our needs and we progressed the project through to consent lodgement having never met face to face. Through this phase Cam was instrumental in leveraging his years of experience to assist in offering simple amendments and design solutions that met our vision, whilst adhering to our budget and buildability.

Upon our return to Christchurch the team kept us informed of progress and managed all the technical aspects to get the build consented.

Once onsite works started, we were kept informed of progress and were provided with adequate time to ask questions, look at design options and discuss our needs ahead of having to make decisions.
Abby was always available to discuss fitting selections and to bounce ideas off, which we appreciated considering we had never built a new-build property before. She attended meetings with suppliers providing advice and ideas which was appreciated and let us know key milestones and exciting onsite activities that our young children might want to see and be involved in. This consideration was greatly appreciated and made our young family feel involved and excited about onsite progress.

Following completion, we have been impressed with the post completion service we have received. All our requests for touchups to occur have always been quickly agreed and actioned, without any fuss. With us both working in the construction industry we understand this is often not the case.

Looking back on the process from the comfort of our new home, we are so glad we worked with the Fowler homes team and would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional, reliable, down to earth team.
