The fixed price contracts to build 2 single level homes for resale were completed on schedule and delivered to a build standard that allowed them to be sold above budget and well within the projected selling program.

At time of significant product delivery delays Fowler Homes implemented a pre-order program that allowed their time table to be met and the few changes to the build that we required to be handled efficiently and at very moderate extra cost.

We were impressed with the finished product to the extent that we have purchased another property in Arrowtown to sub-divide and build another two architecturally designed houses on what is proving to be a challenging site.
